A bit more about me
I’m driven by building, learning, and becoming better — while staying grounded in people, meaning, and real life.
Background
I grew up in Busan, Korea, and later moved to Seoul for college, where I spent about a decade studying, building startups, and finding my way. I've always been drawn to building things from the ground up and pushing myself to grow through them.
After that, I moved to the U.S. for my MBA at NYU Stern.
Now I'm based in San Francisco with my husband and our toddler — building products by day, and a life filled with small, meaningful moments in between.
Quick facts
Strategic and driven — I care deeply about growth, ownership, and doing things well, while staying grounded in people and meaning.
Most of my best thinking happens between 5–6am, before the world fully wakes up.
Different places, different chapters — each one reshaping how I see the world.
Parenting a toddler has been one of the most humbling and eye-opening ways to understand people.

Values
Life philosophy
I'm drawn to turning experience into something meaningful — through building, learning, and reflection. I believe growth comes not just from what we achieve, but from how we choose to respond to what life gives us.
Over time, I've come to value both discipline and softness: pushing myself to improve, while staying grounded in people, presence, and real connection. I care about creating a life that feels intentional — where work, family, and personal growth aren't separate, but part of the same story.
